Established in 1989, a family-run business to provide the students of Nottingham with top quality houses to enjoy and respect whilst they study. 

We have thoroughly loved our time upgrading, initially 8 houses, so that they are comfortable and well appointed. Being ex-teachers, we still love the interaction with the young people who stay in our houses every year. 

We are hands-on landlords, with excellent maintanence staff who endeavor to manage all queries within hours. Our Properties enable students to learn the skills needed to run a home and gain their independence.
