This is a 4 bedroom semi-detached property. All bedrooms are roughly of equal size. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen and living area as well as a downstairs bedroom and a lovely grassy enclosed garden with a small patio space too. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also off street parking at the front of the property with enough space for several cars.
RENT & COSTS - Required payments & what they mean
Deposit per individual - Once your application has been approved, you will be required to pay a refundable deposit which we hold for any potential damage and issues with property at the end of your tenancy. The deposit can be up to 5-7 weeks worth of rent. At Paynes' Properties we hold a deposit at a fixed price of £150. This will be registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme and is not held directly with us.

Rent per individual - At Paynes' Properties, we require September's Rent to be paid in advance by the 1st September. After this, we require 3 termly payments in line with student loans - to be paid on 1st October, 1st January & 1st April. Contracts with Paynes' Properties are for an academic year of 11 months.
All Utilities are included within your payments to Paynes' Properties (Gas & electric, water, tv licence, broadband). All students are to be full-time attendee's in order to be Council tax exempt.
